Thomas Miazga graduated at the top of his culinary class and has built his craft across some of Calgary's most respected kitchens, including the celebrated Rouge and Divine Foods. In 2025, he was among just six chefs selected to represent Canada at the World Expo in Osaka — a distinction that speaks to both his technical precision and his creative range.
